What is LRB Home Health Care Agency?

LRB Home Health Care Agency is a compassionate home health care provider. We help individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes with dependable, personalized care.

Who do you serve?

We serve seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities, adults recovering from illness or injury, and anyone who needs help with daily living activities at home. We also support the family members and caregivers who look after them.

What is CDS?

CDS (Consumer Directed Services) lets eligible individuals take an active role in directing their own in-home care, including choosing who provides it. Contact us to learn how it works with LRB and whether you may qualify.

What does in-home health service include?

In-home health service provides support with daily living activities, including extra help while recovering at home. Care is shaped around each client’s needs and preferences.

What is Private Duty Nursing?

Private Duty Nursing is skilled nursing care delivered at home for individuals with more complex medical needs. Eligibility and availability can vary, so call us to talk about your situation.

What does Private Pay mean?

Private Pay means care is paid for directly by the client or their family. It gives you flexibility in building a care plan that fits your needs.

Do you offer Veteran Services?

Yes. Veterans are an important part of the community we serve. Reach out and we’ll talk through your needs and the options that may be available.

How is my care paid for?

It depends on the service. Private Pay is paid directly by the client or family, while other services may depend on program eligibility. Call 314-764-2211 and we’ll explain your options.

    Our team will talk with you about your needs, preferences, and goals, and answer any questions you have about our services.

    We build care around each client’s unique needs, preferences, and goals, always with dignity and respect. Family members are welcome to be part of the conversation.

For Healthcare Professionals

Joining Our Caring Team

Answers for caregivers and healthcare professionals thinking about applying.

How do I apply?

Complete our online employment application on the Applications page. It covers your experience, training, references, and availability.

What are the basic requirements?

You must be at least 18 years old, agree to maintain client confidentiality, be able to handle emergency situations, and provide two professional or employment references.

Do I need prior experience or certifications?

The application asks about your experience, such as working with people with disabilities, in-home care, nursing homes, or hospitals, and about training like CNA, LPN, RN, CPR, or First Aid. Tell us what you have.

Are there Missouri registry questions?

Yes. The application asks whether you are on the Missouri employee disqualification list, whether you are registered with the Missouri Family Care Safety Registry, and whether you have applied for a Good Cause Waiver.

Can I choose my availability and work area?

Yes. You can tell us which days and times you are available and which area of the city or county you prefer to work in.

Were you referred by someone at LRB?

If a current LRB employee referred you, include their name on your application so we can note it.
